These terms apply to all translation and interpretation services provided by cooltranslation, Tiefenhöfe 5, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland.
cooltranslation provides document translation, legal translation, technical translation, website localisation, certified translation, and interpretation services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
All prices in CHF, excluding Swiss VAT (MWST) where applicable. 50 percent deposit before project commencement, 50 percent on final delivery. Rush projects may require full payment in advance.
Each project quote includes a confirmed delivery date. Timelines assume timely supply of source materials and prompt feedback at review stages. Delays caused by late client feedback shift the delivery date accordingly.
On full payment, all rights to the translated work transfer to the client. cooltranslation retains no rights to the content of translated materials.
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Zürich, Switzerland.
