Under applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. By explicitly requesting that work begins before the withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses on completion of the service.
Full refund of the deposit within 7 working days if no translation work has begun.
The deposit is applied against work completed to the point of cancellation. Any surplus is refunded within 14 working days. For projects cancelled mid-delivery, the proportion of completed work is calculated and invoiced at the agreed rate.
If the delivered translation contains material errors, we will correct them at no additional charge within 5 business days. This does not extend to stylistic preferences that differ from the agreed brief.
